*Artists, Non-Artists and Others can earn from referring artists that post to this site

and generate sales. Currently ME Ventures LLC d/b/a ArtVideoGallery.com has no limit

on how much referral earnings, but reserves the right to enact such a limit at any time.

The 10% referral fee applies only to arrangements between ME Ventures LLC d/b/a

ArtVideoGallery.com and Artists in which ME Ventures LLC d/b/a ArtVideoGallery.com

would be earning a 20% fee, meaning the Artist would receive 50% of the amount

earned by ME Ventures LLC d/b/a ArtVideoGallery.com; all other

situations/arrangements with artists who post whereby ME Ventures LLC d/b/a

ArtVideoGallery.com will be receiving less than 20%, then the referral earnings would

be ½ (50%) of the amount earned by ME Ventures LLC d/b/a ArtVideoGallery.com. All

Non-Artists and Others that refer Artists to post will receive 1/4 (25%)of the amount

that ME Ventures LLC d/b/a ArtVideoGallery.com earns from each sale of the referred

artist.

**All videos or pictures submitted for posting to this website must be free of

any terroristic threats, hatred terms or any other hate words against any racial

group, ethnicity, gender or any group regardless of sexual orientation. All such

videos and pictures will not be posted to the website when discovered during

normal and customary review of submissions.

All submitted videos and attachments should be safe for upload and will be

screened to determine if such attachment files and/or links are reasonably safe

to be uploaded to the website. In doing so, there will be a delay from the time

of your submission to actual listing on the ArtVideoGallery.com website after it

has been selected & deemed appropriate to be uploaded

content by any party. Further, submission of this art content will not infringe

any rights of any party, including but not limited to any Intellectual

Property Rights, privacy rights and rights of publicity. By continuing to use

it and its terms of use, you agree to be bound by any such changes. If

these terms are not acceptable to you, please do not use the

to property and animals resulting from the use of art and art-related
